Given the recent government recommendations we have chosen to work in three bubbles, one for each of the three PRU sites across the county. This means that pupils will be in one bubble with up to fourteen peers at any one time and supported by an appropriate number of staff.
The PRU has made a number of adjustments to our sites to make them as safe as possible during the corona pandemic. If you are visiting us you will be made aware of these changes as they relate to the purpose of your visit, and what we will do to keep both you, our pupils and our staff safe. Please follow the instructions of PRU staff whilst you are on site. A copy of the full PRU visitor protocol
will be sent to you in preparation for your visit and the exact details agreed with you depending on the purpose of your visit. Hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities are available and social distancing rules must be followed at all times.
To support NHS Test and Trace, we will hold your contact details for 21 days. This reflects the incubation period for COVID-19 (which can be up to 14 days) and an additional 7 days to allow time for testing and tracing. After 21 days, data collected solely for the purposes of Test and Trace will be securely disposed of or deleted.
If you have any questions or concerns about our approach to keeping you and others safe, please do contact a member of the PRU team.
In order to help keep everyone safe, we ask that adults do not enter the site without appointment or prior agreement with PRU staff.
At the PRU we will also be following all of the government’s advice about testing and fully engaging with the NHS Track and Trace service if required at any point.
