Please note that our website contains links to other sites which will not be covered by our policy.  We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of your information once you leave our site. You should refer to the privacy policy of those sites for further information.

Our site collects information from you via web forms and also via the email addresses we provide so that you can contact us.

We take all reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information you supply on this site.  We use a security system to protect your information from unauthorised use. The referral portal included on our site for use by schools is also password protected.

You are choosing voluntarily to submit information in this way and agreeing to use of the personal data in the way described in this policy. Unfortunately sending information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion maybe intercepted. Information sent in this way is entirely at your own risk.

The Bucks Primary PRU will use the information you provide to answer an enquiry or to provide you with information about The Bucks Primary PRU and its services. Information provided by schools through the referral portal will be the basis of considering placements and support for pupils.  Information provided through the referral portal may be shared with other professionals where consent has been given by parents and carers.

The Bucks Primary PRU does not share, sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission to do so.

The Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. A small fee will be charged to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Please note that during school closures, such as holidays, email requests should be sent to and marked Subject Access Request
